Mid-December Quick Tips: store hours

Check all your listings for correct store hours!

I know you are busy with holiday customers, so I will be posting mostly Quick Tips for the remainder of December. I hope your Q4 is going well. Thanks for subscribing!

Whether you have extended or reduced hours for the holidays or plan closures on certain days, it’s a great time to update your store hours wherever they are listed.

Here’s a quick checklist, so you don’t miss any:

• In-store and front door signage

• Your website

• Facebook page

• Instagram

• Google and Google maps

• Yelp

• Apple Maps

• Your listing in any directories (Chamber, Merchant Associations, Tourism sites)

• At the bottom of receipts and/or in email signatures

NOTE: If the change of hours is temporary, set an alarm in your phone calendar to change hours back after the holidays.
