I have been working on this article in my head for over a year. It started when we moved to Rhinebeck and I wanted to add a local ornament to our Christmas tree, but no shops in the village sold one. (I have one now and I’ll share more at the end of this article.) This post is long, but mostly due to pictures to inspire ideas for your stores.
